Rosebank is one of the newest franchises in the Gauteng region, but Neil Evans has many years of experience in the Computer Troubleshooters network. He joined Computer Troubleshooters as a technician in Randburg in 2004, worked up to the position of Senior Technician and has built on the experience, buying the Rosebank franchise in early 2008.
Neil has a wealth of experience in hardware and software support, in the home office as well as larger business environments. He has been providing networking, server support as well as managed service contract support to many customers over the years but provides diverse services such as CCTV installation and management and application design and support.
Computer Troubleshooters Rosebank believes that as itsclients grow, we must be able to offer continued support and therefore offer our larger clients a range of managed service support contracts which include remote systems monitoring and pre-emptive intervention.
